Understanding the ISA

The Income Share Agreement is a contractual arrangement between Ciconia and participating learners that defines the terms under which participants contribute toward the cost of their education after achieving predefined financial conditions.

The agreement establishes clear rights and responsibilities for both parties, including eligibility for contributions, reporting obligations, contribution periods, applicable limits, and the circumstances under which payments begin, pause, or conclude.

Every Income Share Agreement is provided in full before enrollment, allowing participants sufficient time to review its terms, seek clarification, and make an informed decision before signing.

Why ISA Model?

At Ciconia, we believe education should be accessible to individuals with talent, determination, and the willingness to grow, not limited solely by immediate financial capacity.

The Income Share Agreement reflects our commitment to building a sustainable education ecosystem where opportunity and responsibility are shared. By aligning financial contributions with future professional success, the model supports both individual advancement and the long-term continuity of programs that benefit future participants.

This approach encourages a lasting relationship between graduates and the community that supported their educational journey, reinforcing a cycle of opportunity, contribution, and impact.
